This diagram shows a sample game plan to use from the Modified Knee on Belly Top position.  The movements, and submissions are all basic but require details on each and every aspect to complete them properly.

The modified knee on belly is a tight position where your knee slides across and down to the mat.  That knee is used to keep the far side arm away from your opponent’s side.  This position offers tight, crushing pressure, while allowing  your hands freedom to attack.
